On November 29, i2i hosted the Taiwan-Canada Medical Technology Exchange Forum at the Nangang Software Incubator Center. The event was co-organized with the Taiwan Association of Industry Development in Digital Health (TAIDHA) and the Taipei Computer Association (TCA).
Distinguished guests included representatives from TAIDHA, Sigma Technology, and HealthLink, who came together to explore potential collaboration opportunities in smart healthcare between Taiwan and Canada.
i2i, as the event organizer, provided an overview of current Taiwan-Canada government initiatives promoting innovation in healthcare, as well as plans for bilateral cooperation in the coming year.
Kepler Marketing, a partner organization, was invited to introduce 6 Canadian medical technology startups that showcased their latest innovations at the i2i Demo Day on October 24.

Synaptive Medical: Specializing in the development of MRI imaging technology.
BioAro: Providing genomic analysis and precision healthcare services.
PragmaClin: Developing solutions to assist in the prediction of Parkinson's disease.
VitalTracer: Focusing on health monitoring via smart wearable devices.
Simmunome: Engaged in the research and development of immunotherapy.
Bowhead Health: Offering cancer clinical matching services.
These innovative startups presented cutting-edge medical technologies, forming an important bridge to facilitate Taiwan-Canada collaboration.
In addition to introducing the latest advancements in Canadian medical technologies, i2i shared insights into Taiwan and Canada's government policies in healthcare innovation, as well as future plans for collaboration. The goal is to expand and deepen bilateral cooperation in this sector.
